Vyvanse and Adderall caused mini frontal lobe seizures

Age: 26–35  ·  Duration of use: 6–12 months  ·  Current status: No, have stopped
Symptoms: Muscle spasms, brain waves

I was diagnosed with ADHD and put on Vyvanse. When my insurance no longer supported Vyvanse, I switched to Adderall. I had horrible anger issues on Adderall, so switched back to Vyvanse, which I was able to get for much cheaper through their website (for being poor).

When I made the switch, I noticed muscle spasms in my neck (turning my face to the left), which then evolved into my left hand shooting up to the right alongside it. As I've looked into this, the closest thing that matches are mild frontal lobe seizures.

I was only taking medication for 9 months, then made the mistake of stopping cold turkey. It has gotten scary a few times while driving, but fixing my diet has made them less severe and less frequent. It gets worse when I have dyes, sugars, and carbs. Thank you for pointing me in the direction of mitochondria health.
