Had a severe accident that caused significant stress that resulted. Saw a psychiatrist who suggested a benzo. About two months in, I started having symptoms. I looked into the drug and found serious concerns, but the psychiatrist dismissed them and told me to stay offline. The symptoms continued to get worse.

I've now been off for 2 months and am still dealing with severe symptoms: about 3 hours of sleep a night, intense physical anxiety, GI issues, emotional blunting/chemical depression, and food sensitivities.
