Akathisia is a sentence to a living hell prescribed by doctors who will do everything in their power to gaslight you over the akathisia torture chamber that you have found yourself in.
Akathisia is like having an exorcism 24 hours a day, seven days a week, combined with pouring hot oil into every muscle and fibre of your body, depriving you of sleep, and then peeling off your skin whilst you writhe around nonstop. It is nonstop. There is no escaping this torture—literal torture.
You will be incapable of doing anything other than the physical embodiment of what you would imagine a constant exorcism to look like. The devil himself could never dream up this torture. It is from a hell that is far worse than hell.
The fact that I didn’t blow my brains out is a miracle—and guess what, I only suffered this for two weeks. There are poor souls who suffer for years.
